Journey Therapy, The Ultimate Mental Health Help

Journey Therapy is by far the best form of mental health help that I have found. It is helpful with all manner of different types of mental problems and their corresponding physical problems.

The basic theory goes like this. A lot of different life situations that we encounter as we grow up are not always fully dealt with and remain unresolved. We are left with memory of unresolved emotions that are stored, locked away not just in our brains but also at a cellular level in different parts of the body.

This is in keeping with the findings of the relatively new discipline called Meta Medicine which through much observation has demonstrated a close connection between mental/emotional problems and physical problems. One unresolved emotional problem will cause tension in a certain part of the body resulting in a weakness which ends up over time as a physical health problem. A different emotional problem will effect a different part of the body.

A Journey Therapist will guide you through the many layers of emotional memory, deeper and deeper, you will relive the emotions you once experienced and let them go. It releases you from things that have been influencing your mental and physical well being for years. The results can be quite miraculous.

A journey normally takes about three hours. It just might be the most worthwhile three hours you have ever spent. After a journey you will feel relaxed, calm and happy. Emotional tension is released, the body is more relaxed and starts healing and rebuilding itself, all by itself.
