Good Exercise Tips are Essential for Good Health

There are myriads of different philosophies about health in this world with all sorts of different ideas and exercise tips. But they all say that doing some sort of exercise is a necessary part of a healthy life.

You don't need a lot of brains to work out that the human body was designed to do things (not just sit around and support an active mind). It is capable of great things and human life is happier if you get out there and do something physical.

There is much evidence that exercise improves your health and makes you less likely to get a whole host of physical problems and diseases and it even helps your psychological well being - it makes you feel better. Remember though that exercise can also be overdone. The first marathon runner died from exhaustion (as have many other super endurance athletes) so keep it sensible.

If you exercise well and regularly you will also probably live longer and be more active and be able to do more in your senior years (and who wants to sit around and vegetate for the last few years of their life?).

Exercise also increases your blood flow (and like the Bible says, 'the life is in the blood' Lev 17:11). That means that more nutrients and more oxygen will get to each and every cell. Also, all the waste products from the cells will be better collected and disposed of resulting in a cleaner, healthier and more able body. It will also improve your immune system. Proper exercise is also a great way to assist with weight loss. It can help you burn fat and build muscle. People who go on special weight loss diets often lose weight but the weight that they lose is often more muscle mass than stored fat and this is a most unhealthy approach to weight loss and it won't last.

The trouble with many exercise programs is that they are stressful and unimaginative and are no fun. To have the motivation exercise has to be more fun so you can turn it into a regular habit rather than some sort of endurance test.
