It’s the part that continues to function with no effort on your part – your respiratory system, cardio-vascular system, etc. If you are going to learn how to change habits, you need to do it on the Alpha or Theta levels to train your subconscious for new healthy habits to become the new normal.So you need to learn how to turn off the conscious Beta wave chatter state and move into an Alpha or Theta brain wave state and then use visualization and affirmation techniques to achieve your goals
